Section 69(1) in Haryana Urban Development Authority Act, 1977
(1)The Local Development [Pradhikaran] [Substituted 'Authority' by Haryana Act No. 28 of 2019, dated 2.8.2019.] or any committee appointed under Section 68 may associate with itself in such manner and for such purposes, as may be prescribed, any person whose assistance or advice it may require in performing any of its functions under this Chapter.
