Section 21(1) in Karnataka Right of Children to Free and Compulsory Education Rules, 2012
(1)The Karnataka State Commission for Protection of Child Rights set up under the provisions the Commission for Protection of Child Rights Act 2005, shall be the Commission for the purpose of section 31 of the Act and shall protect the rights of child under the Act.
