31. Amendment of section 75.- In section 75 of the principal Act, in sub- section (4),-(a) for the words" five hundred rupees", the words" five thousand rupees" shall be substituted;
(b)in the proviso, for the words" five thousand rupees", the words" fifty thousand rupees" shall be substituted.
