Section 11(1) in Gujarat Shops and Establishments (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Act, 2019
(1)Every employer shall take such measures relating to the health and safety of the worker including cleanliness, lighting, ventilation and prevention of fire as may be prescribed.
