Section 67 in University of Horticultural Sciences Act, 2009
67. Repeal and savings.
(1)The University of Horticultural Sciences Ordinance, 2009 (Karnataka Ordinance 3 of 2009 ) is hereby repealed.(2)Notwithstanding such repeal anything done or any action taken under the said ordinance shall be deemed to have been done or taken under this Act.
