1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
2. By this petition, the petitioner has impugned the order dated 27.11.2019 passed by the 6th Joint Civil Judge, Senior Division, Kolhapur in Special Civil Suit No.195 of 2014, by which learned Judge was pleased to allow the respondent's application for re-casting of issues by setting aside his own order dated 21.7.2018.
3. Issue notice to the respondent, returnable on 13.2.2020. Hamdust permitted. In addition to Court notice, the petitioner to serve the respondent by Advocate's notice and file affidavit of service before the returnable date.
Notice to indicate that an endevaour shall be made to dispose of the petition finally, at the stage of admission, even if none appears for the respondent.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner to supply spare copy within 1/2 ::: Uploaded on - 27/01/2020 ::: Downloaded on - 11/06/2020 00:58:57 ::: A.S.Nalawade 17-wp-449-20.doc one week to enable the registry to issue notice, failing which, the petition shall stand dismissed for non prosecution, without further reference to the Court.
