Section 102(2)(a) in Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act, 1971

(a)No suit, prosecution or the proceeding shall lie against any planning authority or other authority or officer or person for any act done or purporting to be done under or in pursuance of this Act or the rules or regulations made thereunder without the previous sanction of the Government;
