Section 11(3) in The Himachal Pradesh Housing and Urban Development Authority Act, 2004
(3)The method of appointment, essential qualifications, the scale of pay and allowances and the other conditions of service of officers and employees of the Authority shall be such, as may be determined by the regulations.
