Section 13(1) in The Maharashtra State legal Aid and Advice Scheme, 1979
(1)The Chairman of a Committee shall be in overall charge of the administration and implementation of the Legal Aid Programme within the area for which the Committee is constituted;[Provided that, the Chairman of any Committee shall not directly or indirectly be concerned with or associated with the decision of any question in regard to grant or withdrawal of legal aid or the manner of legal aid to any person.] [This proviso was substituted for the original by G.
