Section 28(1) in The Himachal Pradesh Excise Act, 2011
(1)Every license, permit or pass, under this Act, shall be granted -(a)on payment of such fees, if any,(b)in such form and containing such particulars,(c)subject to such restrictions and on such conditions, and(d)for such period, as the Financial Commissioner may direct.
