Section 33(1) in Andhra Pradesh Irrigation Utilisation and Command Area Development Act, 1984
(1)Notwithstanding anything in the Registration Act, 1908, it shall not be necessary for any officer of a financing agency or any institution, or person referred to in section 32 to appear in person or by agent at any registration office in any proceedings connected with the registration of any instrument executed by him in his official capacity pertaining to the business of such financing agency, institution or person in so far as it relates to matter provided under this Act, or to sign provided ins section 58 of that Act.
