Section 23(i) in The Tamil Nadu Building and Construction Workers (Conditions of Employment and Miscellaneous Provisions) Act, 1984
(i)Safeguarding of machinery including fencing of every flywheel and every moving part of a prime mover, every part of transmission machinery and every dangerous part of other machinery unless it is in such a position or of such construction as to be safe to every worker working on any of the operations as it would be if it were securely fenced;
