Section 48 in Mother Teresa Women's University Act, 1984
48. The Librarian:-
(1)The Librarian shall be a whole-time officer of the University appointed by the Executive council in the recommendation of the Selection Committee constituted for the purpose, for such period and on such terms and conditions as may be prescribed.(2)The Librarian shall exercise such powers and perform such duties as may be assigned to her by the Executive Council.
