As per the Office Report dated 18.01.2023, the application filed for substitution of the legal representatives of deceased appellant No. 1(i) was filed within time, but was defective owing to other reasons. However, the defects were cured thereafter by the learned counsel.
In that view of the matter, I.A. No. 38322/2020 is ordered permitting substitution of the legal heirs of deceased appellant No. 1(i), as prayed for.
