Section 22(1) in The MIT Art, Design and Technology University Act, 2015
(1)The Board of Management shall consist of the following members, namely :--(i)the Vice-Chancellor ;(ii)two members of the Governing Body, nominated by the sponsoring body ;(iii)two Deans of the University, by rotation, to be nominated by the Vice-Chancellor ;(iv)three persons, who are not the members of the Governing Body, nominated by the sponsoring body ; and(v)three persons from amongst the teachers, nominated by the sponsoring body.
