Section 269(1B)(a) in The Naval Ceremonial, Conditions Of Service And Miscellaneous Regulations, 1964

(a)In case of the existing sailors, their period of engagement shall be governed by sub-regulation (1), except that they shall not be transferred to Fleet Reserve.
