10. License to give facilities for inspection.
- Every licensee shall give at all reasonable times to the Licensing Authority or any officer authorised by it all facilities for the inspection of stock and accounts, at any place used by him for the production, supply and sale of hatching eggs or day-old-chicks and for the taking of samples of breeding stock, hatching eggs and day-old-chicks.
