12. Crop and area statements.
- The pativari shall prepare kharif and rabi crop statements and area statement along with his partal and file the statements with the Registrar Kanungo through the Supervisor Kanungo up to July 31 every year. The forms of crop and area statements shall be the same as are in use in the rest of Uttar Pradesh. The consolidated crop and area statements shall be sent by the Registrar Kanungo to the district headquarters, for compilation in the district figures of the year following.
