17. Jurisdiction of courts barred
. - No order made by the State Government, the Labour Commissioner or the competent authority or any other officer in the exercise of any power conferred by or under this Act shall be called in question in any court, and no injunction shall be granted by any court or any authority in respect of any action taken or to be taken in pursuance of any power conferred by or under this Act.
