(4)The qualifications, conditions of service and scales of pay of officers and servants of the Board other than the Secretary, [Deputy Secretary] [Substituted vide Section 3 of Rajasthan Act No. 6 of 1961, dated 3-4-1961.] Assistant Secretary, shall be determined by the regulations.
