(5)The Committee shall have, in accordance with such rules as may be prescribed, the power (a) to arrange, organize, manage and control sports and matches and to regulate the award of trophies, (b) to take steps for the development of sports and training of sportsmen, and (c) to have with approval of the Board the use of any play-ground or sports stadium under the management and control of the Board for the purpose of sports and matches.
