Section 32 in The Orissa Weights and Measures (Enforcement) Act, 1958
32. Penalty for being in possession of false weight or measure, etc.
- Whoever is in possession of any commercial weight or measure or weighing or measuring instrument which he knows to be false, intending that the same may be fraudulently used, shall be punishable with imprisonment for a period which may extend to fifteen days or with fine, which may extend to two hundred rupees or with both.
