Section 36(5)(i) in Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Orissa Rules, 2002

(i)Facilitating employment generation for these youths would be a key programme. After a youth has saved a sufficient amount, he/she can be encouraged to stay in a place of his/her own and move out of the group home. Additionally the youth could continue staying in the home and return the deposit to the NGOs. The youth learning a vocational trade could be given a stipend. This would be stopped once the youth gets a job.
