(i)Certified that the student/students for whom claim is/are made has/have been borne and is/are expected to be borne on the rolls during the period to which the claim relates and that necessary recovery of over-drawl of amounts due to the absence of the student/students during the preceding quarter has been made in this bill where necessary.
