(m)"Slum Areas Act" means the Slum Areas (Improvement and Clearance) Act, 1956 (96 of 1956);(ma)[ "trust" has the meaning assigned to it in section 3 of the Indian Trust Act 1882 (2 of 1882); [Inserted by GSR 486(E), dated 5th July, 2002 (W.E.F. 5-72002)]
