Section 21(4) in The M.P. Beedi and Cigar Workers (Conditions of Employment) Rules, 1968
(4)The minimum height of the building shall not be less than 3.7 metres and all the walls and roof shall be of suitable heat resisting materials and shall be water proof. There shall be provision for adequate ventilation. The doors and windows shall be of fly-roof construction.
