77. Amendment of section 187C.- In section 187C of the principal Act, after sub- section (7), the following sub- section shall be inserted, namely:-" (8) The provisions of this section shall not apply to the trustee referred to in section 187B on and after the commencement of the Companies (Amendment) Act, 2000 .".
