Section 57 in Assam Panchayat (Constitution) Rules, 1995
57. Removal of Difficulties.
- If any difficulty arises in giving effect to the provision of these rules, the Government may take such necessary action so long as these are not inconsistent with the main objective and provision of the Act/these Rules.
