Section 330(1) in Rajasthan Panchayati Raj Rules, 1996
(1)In a civil proceedings where the interest of the Panchayati Raj Institution alone are involved and the Panchayati Raj Institution engages a Counsel, the fee payable to the Counsel shall not ordinarily exceed Rs. 2,000/-. Head of Office shall be competent to sanction it.
