Section 42(1) in Faridabad Metropolitan Development Authority Act, 2018
(1)The Authority shall be eligible to receive the proportionate development charges for external development works and paid or payable by an owner granted a licence under the said Act in the notified area of the Haryana Development and Regulation of Urban Areas Act, 1975 (8 of 1975):Provided that such proportionate development charges shall be collected by the Director under the said Act and transferred to the Authority.
