Section 7(1) in Enfranchisement of Devadasi Inams Rules
(1)In cases where the statement has been re-presented under clause (a) of rule 6(1) and clause (b) of rule 6(2), a notice for enquiry in Form 'B' annexed to these Rules accompanied by a copy of the statement shall be served in the manner specified in sub-rule (2).
