(1)The Collector shall cause a copy of any order passed under Section 71 or an appeal under Section 90 from an order so passed directing that a Co-operative Farm be established, to be forwarded to the Registrar, who shall thereupon register the farm under [the Andhra Pradesh (Telangana Area) Co-operative Societies Act, 1952] [Substituted for the title by Andhra Pradesh Act 9 of 1961.] and shall grant a certificate of registration.
