Section 1 in The Gujarat Cotton Seeds (Regulation of Supply, Distribution, Sale and Fixation of Sale Price) Act, 2008
1. Short title and commencement.
(1)This Act may be called the Gujarat Cotton Seeds (Regulation of Supply, Distribution, Sale and Fixation of Sale Price) Act, 2008.(2)It shall be deemed to have come into force on 11th June, 2008.
