Section 3(1) in U.P. Kshettra Panchayats (Formation of Committees) Rules, 1962
(1)The members of the Committees specified in sub-section (1) of Section 87 shall be elected at two meetings of the [Kshettra Panchayat] [Substituted by U. P. Act No. 9 of 1994.] to be held so far as possible, on the same day in the office of the [Kshettra Panchayat] [Substituted by U. P. Act No. 9 of 1994.].
