Section 79(4)(i) in The Meghalaya Co-operative Societies Rules

(i)The Registrar or any person authorised by him under Sections 45, 55, 60, 61 and 76 of the Act shall have power to require by summons the production at a convenient place of any books, documents or accounts relating to the affairs of a society or of cash belonging to he society by the person in possession of such books, documents or cash.
