The appellant has sought the following information:
a) Number of applications received for grant/amendment of licenses in the o/o Joint Chief Controller of Explosives, Agra after taking over of charge by Shri P. Kumar.
b) How many licenses were granted/amended by Shri P. Kumar and how many were granted/amended by other officers of Agra office.
Grounds for Second Appeal The CPIO did not provide the desired information. Decision:
The contents of the RTI application is identical to the RTI application dealt with in second appeal case no. File no.: CIC/PAESO/A/2018/118765 on 23.07.2019. Therefore, the decision in the aforementioned case is squarely applicable to the present case.
The appeal is disposed of accordingly.
