2. Issue notice. Mr. J.K. Verma, learned Deputy .
Advocate General waives notice on behalf of the respondents.
3. In the given circumstances, we deem it proper to dispose of these writ petitions alongwith pending of application(s) with a direction to the respondents to examine the case of the petitioners, in the light of the judgment, rt supra, and make a decision thereon within six weeks.
Disposed of accordingly. The judgment, supra, shall form part of this judgment also.
