Section 16(1) in Rajasthan Bhamashah (Direct Transfer of Public Welfare Benefits and Delivery of Services) Rules, 2018
(1)Any case reported or identified as a possible case requiring omission or deactivation may require field inquiry which may include hearing the persons whose Bhamashah Identification number is sought to be omitted or deactivated.
