Section 24 in The Orissa Veterinary Practitioners Act, 1969
24. Appeal against decision of Council.
- If any person is dissatisfied with any decision of the Council refusing or cancelling the registration of his name or directing the correction or cancellation of any entry in the register, he may, within thirty days from the date of such decision and on payment of such fee as may be prescribed, prefer an appeal the State Government and the decision of the State Government thereon shall be final.
