- Male stipendiary candidates are given a monthly stipend of Rs. 20 each and female candidates are given at the rate of Rs. 25 per month. They are required to execute agreements binding themselves to complete the prescribed course, to abide by the school rules (these rules forbid students from engaging in work other than training school work) and on completion of the course to serve as teachers in Bihar for at least three years, if required to do so on an initial salary prescribed by Government from time to time.(G.
