21. [ Officers and other employees of Authority. [Substituted by Act No. 14 of 2019, dated 23.7.2019.]
(1)The Authority shall appoint such officers and employees as may be required for the discharge of its functions under this Act.(2)The salaries and allowances payable to, and the other terms and conditions of service of, the officers and employees of the Authority shall be such as may be specified by regulations.]
