Section 5 in Goa Clinical Establishments (Registration and Regulation) Act, 2019
5. Functions of the Council.
- The Council shall perform the following functions, namely:-(a)compiling and updating the State Register of clinical establishments;(b)sending monthly returns for updating the National Register of clinical establishments;(c)representing the State in the National Council;(d)hearing of appeals against the Orders of the authority;(e)publication on annual basis a report on the state of implementation of standards by the clinical establishments;(f)ensure implementation of minimum standards;(g)perform any other function determined by the Government from time to time.
