2. The petitioner has been made accused in connection with S.T. Case No. 228 of 2024 arising out of Adityapur P.S. Case No. 206 of 2024, for the offences registered under Sections 302/34 of the I.P.C. and Section 27 of the Arms Act, pending in the Court of learned Additional Session Judge-I, Seraikella.
3. On 19.06.2024, son of the informant was shot dead by unknown person. During the course of investigation, co-accused Man Singh Murmu and Rajendra Kumar were apprehended and from their possession, firearms which were used in committing the murder of the deceased, was recovered.
4. It was submitted that the name of the petitioner has transpired in the confession of apprehended co-accused. It was further submitted that similarly situated co-accused, namely, Bablu Das @ Anirudha Das has been granted bail by this Court earlier vide B.A. No. 10798 of 2024.
5. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Session Judge-I, Seraikella in connection with S.T. Case No. 228 of 2024 arising out of Adityapur P.S. Case No. 206 of 2024.
