Section 24(e) in The Building Regulation in Respect of Lands Covered by the Calcutta Thika Tenancy (Acquisition and Regulation) Act, 1981
(e)that the applicant has not satisfied the Municipal Commissioner with regard to any objections which may have been taken under the Calcutta Municipal Corporation Act, 1980.
