40. Submission of returns.—
(1)An employer shall furnish to the local Special Employment Exchange quarterly returns in Form DPER I and biennial returns in Form DPER II as may be amended from time to time.(2)Quarterly returns shall be furnished within thirty days of the due dates, namely, 31st March, 30th June, 30th September and 31st December.(3)Biennial returns shall be furnished within thirty days of the due date as notified in the Official Gazette.the persons with disabilities (equal opportunities, protection of rightsand full participation) Rules, 1996
