Section 25(2) in West Bengal Veterinary Practitioners Act, 1960
(2)If the renewal fee is not paid within the time prescribed, the Registrar shall strike off the name of the defaulter from the register:Provided that any name so struck off from the register may, subject to such conditions as the Council may by regulation provide, be re-entered in the register on payment of the renewal fee.
