Section 92(a) in The Andaman and Nicobar Islands Port Rules, 2004
(a)The owner, agent or person in charge of the float/boat shall, after complying with the provisions of rule 91 submit a report in writing to the nearest police station and the Deputy Conservator of Ports A&N Islands along with the licence of the float/boat stating the nature of the accident and the details of the repairs required to be carried out.
