Section 2(a) in The M.P. Electricity Duty Act, 1949
(a)[ "consumer" means any person who receives electrical energy sold or supplied by a distributor of electrical energy or a producer and includes a person receiving electrical energy in bulk for onward distribution; [Substituted by M.P. Act No. 46 of 1984.]
