Section 9(1) in The Maharashtra Unemployment Allowance Payment To Workmen In Factories (For Temporary Period) Act, 1976
(1)Notwithstanding the expiry of any temporary period, notified underclause (e) of section 2, the provisions of this Act shall continue to have effect for the purposes of recovery of any money by way of unemployment allowance due, or for the purpose of any penalty incurred on or before the expiry of such period, or for any other purposes connected with, or incidental to, any of the purposes aforesaid.
