28.11.2022 [1] Heard Mr. HS. Paonam, learned senior counsel for the applicant in MC(ElPetn.) No.113 of 2022 and Mr. Tomcha, learned counsel for the respondents.
[2] Mr. HS. Paonam, learned senior counsel for the applicant in MC(ElPetn.) No.113 of 2022 seeks time to file rejoinder affidavit to the counter affidavit filed by the respondents. [3] Since pleadings are completed in the El. Petn., both the counsels for the parties are directed to file their suggested issue on or before 19.12.2022.
